This policy explains what personal information Kalvi Software Inc. ("Kalvi", "we", "us") collects when you visit kalvi.co or contact us through it, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Our EdisonOS platform has its own privacy policy, available from security.edisonos.com.
Who we are
Kalvi Software Inc. is a Delaware corporation. Our engineering and delivery are carried out by our sister company, TeachEdison Solutions Private Limited in India, which is led by the same founders. What we collect

We don't use advertising or analytics trackers on this website, and we don't set cookies for tracking or marketing. We don't sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run this website and respond to you, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security and the Turnstile spam check.
- Resend: delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
- Google Workspace: our email, where your enquiry is stored and answered.
- TeachEdison Solutions Private Limited: our sister company in India, whose team may help respond to your enquiry and deliver any resulting work.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.
International transfers
We're based in the United States, and our team works from the United States and India. Your information may be processed in those countries and wherever our service providers operate. We rely on our providers' contractual safeguards for these transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and then for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we need to keep them longer to meet a legal obligation. Hosting and security logs are kept by our providers for their standard periods.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or certain US states), you may have additional rights, such as data portability or objecting to certain processing, and the right to complain to your local data protection authority. We'll respond within the time required by applicable law and won't discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you where required by law if a breach affects it. Children
This website is meant for businesses and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children through it. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we'll take reasonable steps to let you know.
